I think it looked like I gained a little because I ate later than I usually do. Either that or it was just normal water weight fluctuations. Although I want to start weighing myself less often, knowing I'm going to be stepping on the scale daily keeps me in line with my diet!
152.4 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 18.4 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
