GOOOOOOD MONDAY MORNIN..just got home from a morning walk...breezy 35 outside with a wind chill of 28...brrr...2 layers an actually facing any direction but the north an it wasnt that bad...got my 2.5 mile walk in felt great...having took 2 days off..yes it was hard to get motivated...but after the first 2 or 3 blocks...i was in the walking zone...rain is gone for now..but they are callin for rain again this afternoon and possibly snow showers...we will see what comes out of it all...have a few errands to do this morning...last of the xmas presents to get...thought i was done couple of weeks ago...but then remembered i had couple more to buy...just gonna get some gift certificates for brian my friend....he can use em when he goes to the coffee house...well..need to go in the kitchen and make lunch ahead...keep on track with it all..have a great one...

BY SEEING MY AFFIRMATIONS THRU OUT THE DAY..ITS EASIER TO KEEP MY FOCUS !!!

1. BEING HEALTHY IS A LIFESTYLE CHANGE
2. FORGIVE MYSELF WHEN I MESS UP..IT HAPPENS..MOVE ON!!!
3. CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!!
4.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES...
5. I HAVE TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS...
6. HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD
7. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!
8. HI-INTENSITY WORKOUTS BUILDS UP MY HEART MUSCLES SO THAT I CAN GET MORE OXYGEN IN MY BODY TO BURN OFF MORE CALORIES !!!!!
9. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING WHAT IM STICKIN IN MY MOUTH!!!
10. WATER...WATER...WATER...ITS IMPORTANT TO FLUSH MY TOXINS OUT...!!!!!
11. WEIGHING MYSELF EACH MORNING...IS A GREAT WAY OF KNOWING WHERE MY WEIGHT IS FOR THE DAY...
279.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
