Bad weekend. I slipped and went into my old habits. I only logged 350 steps on my fit-bit on Saturday, I basically laid on couch and watched TV and read all day. My eating slipped too but I did stop that before it became too bad. Yesterday I went to store so I did hit 2,000 on fit-bit but consisting I have been getting between 8,000 and 10,000 during the week not the best. I am back on track today and am thankful I had the willpower to stop myself from eating myself into a couple of pounds and I now realize I have to plan weekend activities so I don't veg all weekend
236.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 56.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 0.5 lb a week
