Feel pretty darn good this week. Moved into a new villa that is beautiful but had some hidden problems (Broken Stove and Hot Water Heater). Had to sleep on the sofa for 5 days too. I have been eating out too much (due to broken stove). Notice when I am working much easier to stick to a routine. Off days are bad news. Nevertheless, suprise I lost 3 lbs this week, and I am A-OK with that.

I feel like you about the off-days. It's so much easier to control the calorie intake when one's away from the fridge. :)
On my work days I plan all my meals, so I know what I have and what I can do if I feel like straying from the path.
Saturdays and Sundays are completely different.

Yeah Kingkeld, I think I am going to try the spike diet as well, and use one of my weekend days as my spike/cheat day. Then I only need to try real hard on weekends for two days (I have 3 day weekends). I did a little research after reading your blog, and it sounds good. It correlates to the cheat meal concept in my "Obvious Diet" book I read too.
