Lunch was provided for me yesterday by the class I was taking and I didn't stress out that it was white bread or potato chips. I just kept to my smaller portions and ate until I was satisfied. Today, I am now back to the lowest weight I've ever been and feeling strong and powerful to continue on.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 32.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
