Been sick with a bad cold since Saturday. I actually got up and went to town for Chick Fil A Chicken Soup today - it was so good. I also bought some for dinner. Getting better, but still not able to exercise yet.
161.5 lb Lost so far: 13.5 lb.    Still to go: 31.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
