Im hoping this wil lbe the month that i start droppin the weight...i know that im gaining alot of muscle but it is time to start shedding the fat too! Okay body, all this hard work on you, its time to start working for me! Please?
128.2 lb Lost so far: 11.8 lb.    Still to go: 18.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

The diet I'm on I eat only 500 calories per day and I've lost 13 lbs in ten days. If you would try tweeking your diet thatmay help. Like try adding two fresh fruit servings a day. And once you drop the eighteen lbs, then start back working out to maintain it. :)
