First holiday party last night; another one today! Eek. Didn't do as well as I hoped last night but what was I thinking.....got home from work and went directly to a Food & Wine fest! Fortunately the samples were small, but I know better than to show up at an event like that at the end of the work day hungry! Oh well.....today is another event but I am eating something before I go!
186.2 lb Lost so far: 34.8 lb.    Still to go: 11.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
