1255 kcal Fat: 59.53g | Prot: 83.83g | Carb: 86.14g.   Breakfast: coconut milk beverage, half and half, 2% Fat Milk. Lunch: black olives, red onions, spinach, ham, Ranch Dressing, reduced fat swiss cheese, Mission Carb Balance Tortilla. Dinner: parmesan cheese, caesar dressing, lettuce, chicken. Snacks/Other: wine, simply lite chocolate, Kavli crisp, raspberries, chobani greek yogurt. more...
