I'm sticking to the sandwiches I make myself. I slowed down after the milestone and tried to see how fast I would gain weight if I ate like I did before. Well I don't eat like before even though I tried to make myself.

Today's walk/jog;

4.55 miles
305.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 36.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 2.3 lb a week
