Holding steady. Met with the contractor yesterday morning to plan our next project (installing a new stair railing and replacing the carpet upstairs with strand-woven bamboo) and then went over to a friend’s house to babysit their 10-month old so they could have a lunch out. Workout this morning went well – managed 500 Calories on the elliptical again. Feeling tired but pretty good and ready for the week ahead.

247.6 lb Lost so far: 58.4 lb.    Still to go: 72.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

I am glad you are holding steady. Make sure you are eating enough calories you do not want to feel tired. My goal is to run a 5k on ThanksGiving day I am very excited about it. Wish me luck.
