Eating too much at night
Cobble portions, not hungry at night in fact overfilled, lg BM's
Inadequate exercise
Too much cake and chocolate
Not recording intake or weight - denial
Sleeping well let 10 days

Change these to better
Hungry to bed
Single portions
Veggiesvand fruit with each meal
Good sleep
Daily 30 min exercise
Prayer and healing meditation daily with purpose

Goal weight 180 in April = 1 # weight loss per week

Minus 18 # over 5 months = 4 #/month or 1 #/ week
197.4 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 22.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
