I have been doing low carb lately to boost the weight loss.
183.0 lb Lost so far: 28.0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1387 kcal Fat: 44.37g | Prot: 138.90g | Carb: 109.37g.   Breakfast: Milk (Fat Free or Skim, Calcium Fortified), EB Egg. Lunch: Salmon Agave - Protein Only, Bok Choy, goya, fat free milk. Dinner: Gladiator Smoothie (20 oz). Snacks/Other: Caramel Apple Parfait, Coffee, Evaporated Milk. more...

I am in a wedding this weekend and the dress wasn't fitting but I tried it on friday and it fits! Yay!! :D
