Had two parties this week; one wedding with amazing food and desserts and a party yesterday with every kind of temptation available. I was totally in control; didn't have any food cravings; I had prepared my meals ahead of time, had eaten a good breakfast, so I was ready for the battle and I won! Yay!
208.5 lb Lost so far: 12.5 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
