These past couple of weeks I have been on plan, but my weight loss has been very slow (1 lb over two weeks). I had been eating two Atkins bars per day, started yesterday to cut those out to see if this helps. The sugar alcohol may not be my friend. I have not been exercising much other than a very busy life, so I will seriously try to get in at least 20 mins per day this week too. I really hope it helps things move along faster.

On the positive side, however, I do feel so much better with a total of 17 lbs lost. My cravings are gone - that remains a blessing.
204.0 lb Lost so far: 17.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
