Its been a little hectic since I last recorded my weight at 225 here on FS I was down to 220 then went on my binge for 2 days and went up to 224. Proud to say I was strict the whole week a little out of routine but I weighed in at 217 this morning. Sometimes a shock to the system (high calories) then back to being strict actually helps the body and helps with the weight loss. Not happy of my actions for the 2 days I didnt record but I knew that was enough and I went back to my strict routine on March 1st- it paid off. Im setting a goal to be 200 lbs on my 100th day of my lifestyle change which is on April 13th (fingers crossed) I started on Jan 4th at 251 lbs, today on March 5th I weigh in at 217 lbs thats a 34 lbs difference in about 2 months!! Im proud of myself
