I am 25 years old and after getting pregnant with my son I gained weight and kept putting it on. In 2010 I was able to lose 40 lbs in 4 months by a change in diet and constant working out. That same year I got pregnant and packed on the pounds again. Being young, having a career, and having a family doesn't make me want to settle and accept what I have become. I plan to get back to a good weight, a healthy weight and maintain it once and for all. For 5 years I been trying to lose the weight and now I am ready for the change.
*1st started my diet 6/4/12 @ 228 lbs (down to 190 lbs in Sept 2012)
*started back 5/13/13 @ 205 lbs
