Hi Everyone! I'm Michelle, 33 years old, and a mom to 3 children. I've realized that this journey is never a straight line & it never ends. Its a lifestyle, a form of habit & routine. Currently at this point in my journey I am trying to loose about 25-30 lbs pounds. I've have been up to 275 lbs and down to 160 lbs before- my weight has been everywhere in between. I feel my best after working out and feeding my body healthy foods- and that is not always easy. I love food & I am Italian :) I haven't been fully committed to myself, my health, my lifestyle, my choices. I have been the true definition of a YO-YO more than ever. Looking for a CHANGE and trying my best re-discover ME!!!

Help! Need Motivation!!
wow I'm in the same situation I've lost 40lbs and do not have the same motivation and mentally as I did when I started a few months ago. I'm glad to see that it isn't just me that is having a struggle and that there are people that can help and encourage. I do not know what it is I'm feeling I feel great and look great and everyone tells me so, and it should encourage me to loose the rest (30lbs) but its making me feel comfortable where I am and slack off BIG TIME!! We need to get back on track!!!

back track!
This weekend was a little bit rough for me. I far exceeded my calorie intake and not with greasy/fried portions or heavy heavy meals I just took in way too many calories. I did not even record my entries because I was upset. From going back on the scale this morning I realized that 1.) I gained weight 2.) the food was not worth it- I didnt even eat food I was craving 3.) its just not worth it. It hit me like a ton of bricks I've been on a steady decrease and been feeling good now that this weekend is over I am preparing myself to be back on track and be better than ever!! I need to loose the rest of the weight-

I'm feeling good!!
So today marks 2 months of my diet/lifestyle change. I've lost 33 lbs and everyone is noticing and it feels GREAT!! I meet up with friends and they were amazed how I look-everyone tells me "wow you lost so much weight" I feel good when they say that- I still have 40 more pounds to loose which was confirmed by my doctor to have a BMI of 24 and which fit with my age/height. I feel great, just wanted to share with everyone!! Hope everyone is doing well too- and remember don't give up no matter how long it takes. I've sent a goal to lose the rest of my weight by Christmas. For 2013 I hope to see a new me!!!

weight loss success!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've lost 30lbs since I started my change of lifestyle on JUNE 4th! I can't believe I am finally in the 1 hundreds- it feels so good- I havent been in the one- hundreds in about 4-5 years!! Although I am 199lbs I am proud and can't wait to reach my goal. 30lbs down, 40 lbs more to go!!!!! NEW ME HERE I COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
