I am 24 years old and after getting pregnant with my son I gained weight and kept putting it on. In 2010 I was able to lose 40 lbs in 4 months by a change in diet and constant working out. That same year I got pregnant with my second son and packed on the pounds again. Being young, having a career, and having a family doesn't make me want to settle and accept what I have become. I plan to get back to a good weight, a healthy weight and maintain it once and for all. For 5 years I been trying to lose the weight and now I am ready for the change. I am trying to lose 70 lbs.

MY STATS:
started on 6/4/12 weight 228 lbs
currently 190 lbs in October 2012
goal weight 150 lbs by my 25th birthday 3/12/13

Help! Need Motivation!!
wow I'm in the same situation I've lost 40lbs and do not have the same motivation and mentally as I did when I started a few months ago. I'm glad to see that it isn't just me that is having a struggle and that there are people that can help and encourage. I do not know what it is I'm feeling I feel great and look great and everyone tells me so, and it should encourage me to loose the rest (30lbs) but its making me feel comfortable where I am and slack off BIG TIME!! We need to get back on track!!!

back track!
This weekend was a little bit rough for me. I far exceeded my calorie intake and not with greasy/fried portions or heavy heavy meals I just took in way too many calories. I did not even record my entries because I was upset. From going back on the scale this morning I realized that 1.) I gained weight 2.) the food was not worth it- I didnt even eat food I was craving 3.) its just not worth it. It hit me like a ton of bricks I've been on a steady decrease and been feeling good now that this weekend is over I am preparing myself to be back on track and be better than ever!! I need to loose the rest of the weight-

I'm feeling good!!
So today marks 2 months of my diet/lifestyle change. I've lost 33 lbs and everyone is noticing and it feels GREAT!! I meet up with friends and they were amazed how I look-everyone tells me "wow you lost so much weight" I feel good when they say that- I still have 40 more pounds to loose which was confirmed by my doctor to have a BMI of 24 and which fit with my age/height. I feel great, just wanted to share with everyone!! Hope everyone is doing well too- and remember don't give up no matter how long it takes. I've sent a goal to lose the rest of my weight by Christmas. For 2013 I hope to see a new me!!!

weight loss success!!!!!!!!!!!!
I've lost 30lbs since I started my change of lifestyle on JUNE 4th! I can't believe I am finally in the 1 hundreds- it feels so good- I havent been in the one- hundreds in about 4-5 years!! Although I am 199lbs I am proud and can't wait to reach my goal. 30lbs down, 40 lbs more to go!!!!! NEW ME HERE I COME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So I GAINED WEIGHT!! YIKESSS!! So sad to see the numbers increase but I take full responsibility the month of AUGUST was just not one ounce of diet- well ...
