today i can eat up to 1380 cals! worked late yesterday till 9:30 pm and it was a fast day, so i didn't go dancing after all and i didn't work out as i felt knackered. I did stick to my 345 cals so very happy :)

This morning is a challenge, Saturday morning b'fast with everyone in...God help me through the day :)
127.2 lb Lost so far: 9.0 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
