no workout this morning - housework only

trying to get 7000 steps up to midday and at least 10k by end of day, else i will have to make up for 70k steps by end of weekend. surprisingly i do less steps in the weekend than in a weekday, guess because i take it easier, no housework, at the hairdresser,watch movies....just chill and relax. need to schedule walks or more housework i suppose. I loved dancing Friday nights but i can't get to myself to go out with all the stress at work....maybe i should go tonight!
127.9 lb Lost so far: 8.4 lb.    Still to go: 2.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
