managed to stay under 345 calories yesterday! yeah!

Today i can eat up to 1380 cals - i will have fruit b'fast at 11:30.

I eat way too much in the morning if i have an early b'fast... I can do this fasting at work as i am super busy... It's the weekends I dread.... my husband cooks b'fast for the kids and he doesn't touch anything he cooks! I try and keep myself busy but for me not eat i have to get out of the house!
129.6 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 4.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
