I lost 2 lbs this week.I think I busted my plateau!!!!!!
203.0 lb Lost so far: 71.5 lb.    Still to go: 28.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 21 October 2011:
1598 kcal Fat: 126.00g | Prot: 85.42g | Carb: 34.26g.   Breakfast: low carb -high protein peanut butter cookies. Lunch: minced garlic, butter, broccoli, Low Carb Chili with zucchini. Dinner: roka blue cheese dressing, bacon, red sweet bell peppers, lettuce, ground turkey(6 ozs.). Snacks/Other: smokehouse almonds. more...
