no change today in weight
v
workout like yesterday 50/10 and 2 x 60/30 for core circuit

was ok for breakfast but act like crap for lunch, blueberry muffin, coconut rings x 2 and 3 squares of lindt choc dark intense orange... i stayed away from sugar produce all week and today i could not stop....should not have even started... need to keep busy and on the move and stay away from the kitchen cupboards.

off to hairdresser time 12:40 cals burnt 335 steps 5594 way too low! i should start moving more on Saturday!
129.9 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
