workout today:
1. 3 mins Miley - jump rope - can't wait to see you again
2. 50/10 4 rounds, 5 exercises with 10 sec rest, jumping jacks, criss-cross jumps, jumping rope, jumping lunges, high knees for a total of 20 mins
3. 30/30 10 rounds core circuit for a total of 10 mins
4. 3 min cool down Michael Buble - feeling good

House work: washed kitchen and downstairs incl stairs to basement, washed 3 bathroooms, 3 loads of laundry, went over upstairs floors.

129.9 lb Lost so far: 6.4 lb.    Still to go: 4.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
