Need to stop eating chocolates for morning and lunch. this habit has crept onto me since i have been feeling stressed and drinking like 8 cups of coffee + to get me through the day.... It started with the coffee and then the dark choc square came as an add on and it has become addictive ...like lighting up a cigarette for me...the pounds have crept on to and this has to stop. I have stopped going to the gym in the eve due to the pile up of work at the office...I replaced housework routine in the morning with 30 mins of interval/body weight training but it does not look like it's working for me... the evening at the gym prevented me from snacking and it was like 2 hours of pure burning cals consumed during the day....and my body is missing that.i can't wait to get back to my routine....it's no more wine on the weekend as that also triggers my looking for nibbles... i have to do this to get my weight down again....clearly what i am doing at the moment is not working.
133.2 lb Lost so far: 3.1 lb.    Still to go: 7.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
