Just came from Florida and Zumba cruise... exercised and ate well on cruise but no exercise for 5 days in florida except for short walks. time to exercise again and calorie count!
132.1 lb Lost so far: 4.2 lb.    Still to go: 6.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
