Yippie Skippie!

I finaly got off my gain from my break week.

I think this is just going to take a long time. If I could stay on atkins consistently and exercise it would be fine, but my lifestyle gets in the way. Plus, the week I went off I just felt my body screaming to take a rest.

Anyway, I will keep on working. These days are definitely motivators :) .

What I HOPE to do is treat this as if it was a beginning and hopefully in the next month get down into the 150's which has been my short term objective for a while now.
161.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 26.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Great Job. You will get there. Everyone is different and we are going to experience different results at different times. Keep up the good work. I am still trying to work off my gain from last weekend's(REWARD DAY. It is so hard to do. I want to get this extra weight off because I plan to have a reward day at the end of every month. Congratson your loss!

I applaud your honestly! It IS hard to diet for ANYONE. I'm sure everyone on a diet wishes they didn't have to think about it .... I know I do, but I've struggled with this my whole life and I guess ... I'm just one of the "lucky" ones that has to learn to use my will power, lol. I need to do better myself. It's just so dang hard with everything that goes on around us. You will be in the 150's before you know it!
