Haven't recorded a weigh in in a few days but I've been doing it.

Today's walk;

1.41 miles with a friend then 6.11 miles with weights on my own


didn't think that scale would ever get off of 313 but I am so glad it finally did.
309.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 40.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 4.7 lb a week
