Day 31 of 2nd 6 wks, 140.2, 37.4%body fat, 43.1%tbw, visc fat 7/0, musc mass 4.4lb, 1995/50, neg ketones, ellipticle 45 min level 6.

breakfast atkins choc chip granola bar, lunch ceasar salad and shrimp/scallops in cream sauce (must have had hidden carbs since I tested neg for ketones), almonds and diet coke, dinner steak, green beans and 2 glasses chardonnay, choc covered vanilla ice cream bar low carb.

I don't feel like exersizing this morning-not, not, not!!!
140.2 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 4.2 lb a week

You are doing so well, I don't see one day affecting your progress. It's ok to take a break every now and then. Your muscles have to rest. I am sure that mine are well rested ....maybe a little too rested!

Thanks everyone! It is sooooo great to have a cheering squad! I DID drag myself to the machine--told myself I only had to do 5 min--but did the whole 45. I am so curious every time I get out of bed--that curiousity helps me get up early to weigh myself.
