aaaaaaahhhhhhhh!!!!!! fell off the diet the past few days and can't seem to get back on!!! I've had pizza, ice cream & chocolate cake!!!!!!
134.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 1.6 lb a week

Oh well - we all cheat every now and again. I usually cant recommit until Monday so you're on the right track...try some of the shakes with cocoa powder and peanut butter - it helps wiwth cravings then and helps give me enough energy to work out! Then again you weight less than me so...
