Finally back to what I weighed before my vacation in September. Geez...it took me one week to pack on the pounds then three weeks to lose it all. Moving forward. I started a new work out routine that one of my Define instructors gave me and it's amazing and tiring! I feel more energetic!
185.0 lb Lost so far: 26.0 lb.    Still to go: 35.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Diet Calendar Entry for 07 October 2011:
1162 kcal Fat: 25.76g | Prot: 64.56g | Carb: 182.24g.   Breakfast: aloe vera, Fiber Plus Antioxidants Cereal - Cinnamon Oat Crunch, water, Strawberries, Almond Breeze Unsweetened Vanilla, 100% Whole Grain Oatmeal. Lunch: Mediterranean Tuna Pita , Mixed Fruit. Dinner: bun tom nuong. Snacks/Other: Fruit Leather, grapes. more...
