Didn't record my food yesterday. LOL I had some pineapples and red wine yesterday so I just knew I wasn't gonna see a change on the scale.

I'm now realizing that I can eat 2,000+ calories and lose more than if I ate 1300+.

I think I'm gonna start using my elliptical tomorrow. Probably will start out slow, with just 5 - 10 minutes and increase weekly.
216.4 lb Lost so far: 1.6 lb.    Still to go: 71.4 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
