Following the calorie count except for a cheat day on the weekend. However, the cheat day was not an entire box of 'x'.

Started walking during lunch as well so hopefully I can put up a bigger weightloss next week and keep the momentum going.
297.2 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 97.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
