I'm SO relieved to have got my goal 1.5lb weight loss this week. Things hadn't been looking at all hopeful all week (and I know you're not supposed to weigh yourself every day, but I need that to stay focussed!), plus we went to a wedding on Saturday, and although I did stick to Slim Fast for breakfast and lunch, I think the wedding breakfast might have slightly exceeded the 600 calories allowed for the proper meal!!

Anyhow, I was feeling quite depressed about the lack of progress, and even considered ordering in a pizza for dinner last night (the first one in over three months) - but resisted and now I'm very very pleased I did! :)
185.5 lb Lost so far: 24.5 lb.    Still to go: 45.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Good work. I also weigh myself every day and have thought about whether or not it is a good idea. I decided that it is because if I weigh less, I'm elevated and there is more of a bounce in my step. If I weigh the same or just slightly less, I'm like "Ok, definitely need to hit the treadmill today. No excuses." So far, I've not had to deal with the scale saying I weigh more but I find that very unlikely while I'm in the regimented portion of my diet so that hasn't been a concern. Anyway, cheers for the 1.5 loss that's great.

Congratulations!! I had to hide my scale so I don't weigh myself daily. Its a tough decission as it motivates me daily as well! Im hoping to be down 2 lbs as well come monday!!! Keep up the good work!!
