I hope I have my mind back on track. After cervical fusion and 2 surgeries on my wrist in 8 months time this year I wasn't able to exercise other than walk which is not enough for me to lose wt. Can't fit into my clothes after too many Christmas cookies. After a lifetime of yo-yo dieting I am trying everything from meditation, exercise, support groups etc. to try this yet again.
168.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 33.0 lb.    Diet followed N/A.
