I was dehydrated when I weighted in yesterday, back to "Normal" today. The gym will finally be open today after the storm so I can get back to work there. Running in the melting snow yesterday was a pain in the butt.
170.8 lb Lost so far: 9.2 lb.    Still to go: 15.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
