Today we celebrated my hubby's birthday and I started my day we'll knowing we would be eating heavy tonight and pretty sure I would go over the number of daily calories that I am trying to stay under. Dinner was great, filling but great, the layer cake was definitely too much. I think that I prefer feeling slightly hungry all the time rather than this full... I almost feel sick. I haven't had that much sugar or chocolate all week and I find I didn't really miss it. Maybe I am turning a corner...I am ready to lose this extra weight and feel good again!
