Steady as she goes!
153.6 lb Lost so far: 32.4 lb.    Still to go: 13.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Well today actually reasonably sucks! My son had a cookie exchange in his Pre-K class today so I made sugar cookies and had 3 on the way home. I Licked the center out of like 7 pizza combos, and now contemplating spliting a Mike's Lemonade with my BF. Yeah wow, 600 calories blown by lunch. I feel like I am starting to back out of this diet. BUT the challenge I joined starts tomorrow, so maybe new motivation??

How did the rest of your day go Missy? I have issues too staying with a particular plan. I know you've heard it all before, but it's ok to mess up, as long as you get right back on the wagon to do well again. Maybe being part of this group and journaling often will help you stay accountable. Look forward to hearing from you! Michael

Well let's see between then and now was Christmas and visiting with Dad and New Years, so I think that may sum it up! I need to get back on the wagon of good eating. I've been good since Saturday I think. Of coarse I have to enter all that into my journal too!
