My body has been getting rid of stored water the past couple days. That's the only reason for this fast weight loss. It's great for my ego, but once that stored water is gone the real work begins.

Took me a while to find but this link spells out how the stored water process works.

169.6 lb Lost so far: 10.4 lb.    Still to go: 14.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
