Premeditatio Malorum:
Today I will face hunger and desire to eat. I will struggle to keep with my diet, as I seek to fulfill this hunger. Surprise client meetings will occur and will have to go out to eat with them at a fast food restaurant. I will need to order something light in the temptation of french fries and grease burgers. What I do order will not satisfy me. I will have to go on a service call this afternoon, missing my first TOPS meeting. In lieu of the meeting, I will struggle with my hunger to such a large degree that when I do have a chance to eat my dinner, I will struggle to keep my eating under control.
195.8 lb Lost so far: 3.2 lb.    Still to go: 30.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
