Weight is going down slowly, but it is going....I have changed my plan to include more foods that I enjoy, but in moderation. I actually ate a piece of pie for Christmas that was within my plan. I have learned that if I plan a cookie or a piece of pizza etc., I can stay on track without the feeling of "failure" or cheating which always seems to start a binge. So, if I feel a compulsion I just leave it alone until I can plan for the food as part of my eating. This seems less restrictive and more enjoyable...but structured. I struggle with any sort of discipline around eating. Hope all is well for everyone this new year.
