Welp gained .5 lbs. Probably I don't stick to what I know works for me but hey. 4 lb loss a week isn't bad.

Today walk;

5.31 miles with weights


Going to do keep it at 5 miles or so. My feet hurt and I need to tone more.
315.5 lb Lost so far: 19.5 lb.    Still to go: 46.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
gaining 3.5 lb a week
