Weight dropped to 219.8 last Friday. I began eating solid food again that same day and began eating meat on Saturday. I actually felt more physically sound once eating the salmon cakes. Though technically fish and meat are looked at as different for the purpose of considering vegetable protein vs. animal protein I am counting them as the same. I have gradually begun to pick up weight and can see that I will need to incorporate a consistent and progressive tracked excercise program in order to get past the roller coaster effect of my present health pattern as shown in the weekly weigh in chart. I will also move my weigh in back to friday morning which was the begining point of reference for this overall tracking chart. Friday is usally the most encouraging day to weigh as I have had very little outside influence to my eating during the week and usually have experienced consisten wieght loss up until the weekend begins.
225.8 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 40.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 5.6 lb a week
