Went to Grand Cafe last night. I had a NY strip steak, chili cheese fries, mashed potatoes, and a pecan cinnabon thing for desert. I need to stop doing that. I mean going out and eating. I got on the scale after my workout and no weight gained or lost again. I have to say I'm loving that. Anyway,
