I really feel that this is because of my period as yesterday as I was 2lbs heavier than today. But just in case going to be really extra good. Tired if being in the same weight bracket need to get below 217lbs!
221.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
