There are those that are blessed to be able to lose weight by just eating right, but then there are those of us who can't lose without both eating right and exercise. I started an exercise plan and after 3 weeks still hadn't had a change, but then I looked at my food and I was still eating a lot of things I shouldn't (in the form of 100 cal packs). Once I put the eating right and exercise together I lost. Now, I'm in a slump where I'm trying to find my motivation again, so no losses. For me the exercise and eating right are what keep me in balance and as long as I'm not going up I can feel okay, but we all want to see a loss. Start simple, maybe just walking or something, or if you have friends doing something, like classes, join them, or buy a wokout DVD. After a couple of weeks it'll be routine and you'll feel good about doing it. Good luck!!
