Thanks All! @TamarahJo Yesterday was a weird day. I came home late after an evening meeting and didn't really feel hungry so I watched some Netflix and finished my iced tea and went to bed. So I guess I ate, volume wise, less than most days. @BulletProof3 The last couple of days, I haven't had much more than meat. So it could still be deli meat, veggies or cheese, or just the fact that I must have less than 10 grams of carbs per day. I have been more in the 10-20 grams per meal range. It would suck to not be able to have sauteed onions with my eggs but I'll do it if I have to. Thank God it's not coffee or tea.
