I haven't recorded anything as I didn't think I had anything to note but weight loss has started again if just a little.

Yesterday's walk;

2.47 miles then 3.27 miles

Today's walk;

4.16 miles with weights


The walk with weights is a lot more efficient. I barely sweat when I did the walk yesterday but I started sweating faster and I sweat more when I did the walk today. 4 miles with weights is like 6-7 miles with out the weights it seems. So when I am with out my weights I know I need to walk more but I think I'll stick to the 4 ish miles with the weights unless Bocalvr wants to up the stakes a bit heh

I ate at Red Robin last night too but when I went to weigh myself I had lost half a pound. This is good news.

321.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 52.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.5 lb a week
