Now, I know that this small loss isn't much, but it was big compared to what I didn't enter the weekend after my youngest's birthday party. So, 10 days ago I had asked about over exercising. I had a weigh in last Thursday of 265 lbs, last Monday I was near 268. I have only walked for a few miles at lunch each day, and worked my two jobs. I keep watching my diet, making sure not to over indulge, and I think I am seeing some positive results. I will keep doing what I am doing and see what comes of this. 10 days does not a theory cement, but results are looking optimistic right now.

I hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was quite relaxing. Keep up all the wonderful work you all are doing.
264.3 lb Lost so far: 75.7 lb.    Still to go: 14.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
