Frustrated with lack of weight loss though I am following a keto diet and exercising regularly. Weight will drop, then pop back up. Calories and macros are on track, but the weight is about the same over the last couple of weeks. I know it will come off eventually, but I like the reward of scale reading. Do not feel deprived of food and the exercise is tough but my body feels relaxed. Praying for the patience to see this through because my health depends upon a healthier food choices and exercise.
224.2 lb Lost so far: 31.8 lb.    Still to go: 25.2 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

My weight goes up and down alot, too. Frustrating sometimes. You can do this! Keep up the great work you are doing for yourself!

Your accomplishments so far tell the real pic,ie your success is at a steady pace. Sounds as though u have simply reached a plateau, but I fully understand since I too am scale dependent. Youre to b congratulated on the 31.8 u have achieved thus far, so pat yourself on the back and know u will eventually see a difference. Your health is worth it. I look forward to accomplishing as you have 31.8 is great!

look for hidden carbs .. and log everything. Adding water and changing my work out routine also help me alot
