I have not been following as closely as I need to, but with working and having twin toddlers my time is very limited. I am really trying to plan my meals and squeeze in time to exercise. This plan really is not much different than South Beach or You On A Diet, small frequent meals...good protiens...good carbs...exercise...I guess thats how we should just live our lives!!!
132.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 12.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.4 lb a week

It has been hard for me to eat meals instead of snacking...This diet is very similar to South Beach phase 2 or 3 so Im hoping the exercise makes the difference! Hang in there!
